This is a random blog about my issues with weight loss. I suck at it! I am trying to lose weight and be healthy. It seems so easy right??? Sometimes I ramble, sometimes I waste time, sometimes I am actually inspired and want to try harder! But mostly I just post about what I am doing and my current weight. Alright....so went to the funeral and was out of town for 5 days... those 5 days were like an eating binge! Last monday I weighed in at 334, but then last tuesday I weighed in at 331. Last week KSTS & I started following the weight watchers points plan and it is pretty easy! We did 4 spinning classes, a yoga class, lifted 4 days, and walked a lot! Yesterday - a week later - weighed in at 324! That's 7 pounds! Back on track folks! KSTS lost 5 pounds last week too! GO KSTS! The weight watchers plan is easy, as long as you know how many points are in things. The problem is when you get something out of the cupboard that you think will be light and its not! Or when you are out and you have to guesstimate.... But overall we are both doing well and I am feeling good! My best friend Tuck is coming for a visit on October 15th - that is a little over a week away. My goal is to lose another 5 pounds this week so I am down to 319 by the time he comes! And I still want to be 290 by Jan 1st! NO Worries, right....
