Good morning everyone! Weighed in yesterday at 330.4 lbs! Down 2.1 pounds. All I can do is keep on trucking! KSTS and I walked on a super nice trail in Newton both Saturday and Sunday. It is just three miles and pretty level so it was just a really nice walk. There was a rather interesting event that took place on Saturday, but I am hoping that KSTS will blog about it - some I will leave it at that...

ANYWAY! I assume that no read my post last week about the Spartan Race because I did not get a single response... Come on guys! Tell me I am crazy or stupid or too much of a fatty or something! Give me some feed back and a little interaction. I swear - if I had a little more interaction I might be inspired to blog a little more often!

This is a pretty busy week at work for me so wish me luck! Has anyone taken a look at our CCI Twitter, Facebook, etc...  pages I posted last week? What does everyone think? Should I keep rolling like I have been doing or do I need to change it up?? Feedback people! (Dad, I am pretty sure you are the only one ready this so for the love of God give me something old man!)

Last night I roasted a whole chicken! Kickin like Van Damn! It was quite easy and quite good! I felt so inspired that I want to roast more whole birds! I will say that I did not enjoy messing around with his little raw carcass... I LOVE to eat chicken and all meats! But I hated to stuff the little guy and mess with him.. But he sure was tasty! Tonight I believe KSTS and I are doing fish stick tacos - DO NOT JUDGE US UNTIL YOU HAVE TASTED THEM! Fish stick tacos are freaking awesome! I am not evening playing games! Tonight is also leg, back, and biceps work out! Yesterday was chest, triceps, and shoulders - I am not too sore this morning, but am defiantly feeling it! We will also do a little walking!

OH! I think everyone knows who reads this (Dad). But we are building a house! We meet with our builder today at 3:00 to talk about the walls and stuff. The floor joists are all down and the subflooring is going on today! If everyone would make their way over to KSTS's blog and send her messages about posting house stuff I am sure she will comply! She has tons of photos about all the different phases so far! And she is keeping a good log of what is going ton.

Okay! This has been a choppy random post! Sorry lovies! I am scatter brained today. Talk at you soon!

Morning All! Don't get too excited.. This may only last for a day... maybe two... but I feel slightly inspired today! Probably because my boss is getting all fired up about this race thingy and he wants me to enter it with him. More on that in a moment.

Current weight 332.5 - Weight last Sunday 1/1/12 337.5. Down 5 lbs in first week from cutting back on food alone. Tonight - walk & lift! I feel pretty disgusting! And my pants are all super tight! And when you are heavy and bloated there are other unexpected issues with your body... I don't think I will go there today, but maybe one day... Anyway! I need motivation and a goal. My 31st birthday is in March and I would really like to be below 300. If I seriously entertain doing this race then I better start running and training right away and drop below the 300 mark or I might die.

Remember that last post about blogging and facebooking for my company and all that stuff??? Well I have been doing it religiously and have been kicking ass at it! Its because I want my company to succeed and have lots of work and I want my boss to be proud of me. ***** (So by me failing with my weight loss and not following up with this blog mean that subconsciousness I want to fail with my weight and I am not proud of me??) ***** That is some seriously screwed up thinking and I don't think I am ready to dive into that pit of despair. WOW! I got side tracked! I am going to include links to my work related blogging, facebooking, article writing, etc... I would really like to know what you guys think and I am would love to hear "CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM"!

Twitter Link = https://twitter.com/#!/CCI_Tweets Or go to twitter and look for CCI_Tweets

Facebook = http://www.facebook.com/CustomCoatingsInc?ref=tn_tnmn Or go to FB and look for Custom Coatings Inc Hickory, NC

The Blogging Painters = http://bloggingpainters.com/author/patrick-stilwell/ This is a website I write articles for and they feature me on their site! (YES, KSTS does some editing on my articles... THANKS LOVE!)

Our company Blog = http://www.customcoatingsinc.com/_blog/Colorful_Insights Sometimes I write stuff and sometimes Joe does and sometimes I just wing it!

So as you can see, I have been quite a busy beaver with all my social media work stuff. And that cuts into Mr. Robusto time!

Now to the race! My boss has entered a Spartan Challenge. I will include the link below to their site. They are having a race in Charlotte on March 24th. When you go to their website and watch the video it gets you pretty pumped up - at least it did me! But notice something in all the videos & pictures - no fatties! Mr. Robusto = fatty! So I am quite nervous about attempting the race and I need some advice. I have 11 weeks to be ready for the race. If could lose 3lbs a week I could be under my 300 pound number and probably pretty fit. The race is a 5K, but you stop every 1/4 mile and do an event. When we were doing the couch to 5K - prior to me heel acting up - I was running for a solid 20 - 25 minutes and covering 2 miles, and that was running non stop. Take a look at the website and video

Do I have it in me in the short amount of time? I would need some massive support and if I had a partner that could go at my pace that would be awesome... Thoughts???
