Good evening my peeps! It is 9:19 pm - for some reason the time it says I post is not the real time?! Odd - it is most likely a quite easy fix and I am just not in the mood to make it happen... Okay! Today was not too bad! I ate my 1250 calories that I had set out for my breakfast and lunch! When I got home I ate 2 spoon fulls of cottage cheese so that will bring my calories up to right at 1300! Then I took the dogs for another 1.2 mile walk! Then met KSTS at the gym for an hour of cardio! We lift weights four nights a week and do all cardio one night. The nights we lift we still kick it for a half hour on the elliptical trainer! Tonight I burned a little over 900 calories - I know! The only reason I am able to burn so many calories is because I am a fat bastard and have a long way to go! But At least I am doing it! For dinner I had two salmon patty burgers - I ate a lot of salmon and added in some bbq sauce. My dinner was 800 calories - not too bad! I am going to go pop some popcorn and that will be my evening snack as I watch some TV and relax! My grand total for today is right around 2300! MUCH better than yesterday! I am going to pack my breakfast and lunch a little lighter for tomorrow - KS & I are meeting a friend in Winston for dinner and I can guarantee I will eat more than I should - I will still be good! But we have to be realistic! So if I know what to expect ahead of time I can plan to eat better tomorrow during the day. If I don't get on till Saturday to update you on dinner don't kill me! Good evening all! It is 10:20 and I am tired! I got home from work a little after four today and started messing in the yard. Some light weeding, a little pruning, a little fertilizer, a little water, a little poop scooping... You know, the usual! When Kelly Sue got home (thats the blonde hottie in the pic) we walked our dogs - Mossimo an eight month old Giant Schnauzer who weighs 67lbs as of tonight and Monde our four and a half year old 185lb Great Dane. One mile and two tenths tonight!

THEN THE GYM!!! Tonight was legs, biceps, and back - I can't feel it in my back or bi's yet, but my legs are hammered! I am going to be hating life tomorrow! We finished off with thirty minutes on the elliptical trainer! A combo of weights and cardio is how we are trying to work off the weight.

DINNER!!! Maybe I went a little overboard. KS was on the computer taking a Real Estate class so we were eating easy tonight, left overs and frozen burrito! First I ate two burrito's with some sour cream - that was 520 cals - not too bad. But then I ate some left over meat loaf and bread.... 900 Cals... So my daily total was up to around 2800 or something like that... A little heavy... I am trying to stick with 2000 - 2500 a day. I will do better tomorrow!

I packed my breakfast & lunch for tomorrow and that is 1250 cals! That is a good start! Tomorrow will be better!
This will have to be quick!

I just got back from a 400 mile trip this morning! I have eaten right at 1400 calories so far today... A little heavy, but all the driving and having my lunch box right there in the seat next to me was tough. I went through my lunch by 10:00 am! So I had to stop and get another little snack and a coke zero to tide me over! (Just a granola bar!) And not much activity yet either... Some light walking... VERY light... Oh well! Tonight at the gym I will kick it! Good Day!

By the way... The super HOTTIE in picture is my little blonde wife! And this picture is more than a year old...
Good evening my sweet little wife and anyone else who stumbles upon this site. I have been working out and dieting off, but mostly on since Jan. 4 2010. I started at 357 and am currently right around 330. This is great and I am so thankful, but I am having a hard time staying accountable... Soooo I am going to start blogging! My intention is to post every time I eat anything, do any physical activity, and give a daily report of how I am doing. I will post my weight every now and then and keep my feelings updated as much as possible! I took a picture in my boxers only when I was at 357 - when I reach my goal weight (not sure what that is, but I am thinking 250) I will post the 357 me and the goal me in boxers! OH YEAH! One sexy beast! I ate good yesterday and today... Tomorrow is day three and I will be staying on track!

I am heading to Duke university with my dad first thing in the morning to drop off some material for one of my crews who are pressure washing a building at the school. That being said, I won't be able to add any posts till afternoon, but I will keep account of what I eat and any exercise! I am going to try and add in some simple exercise's into my daily activity while at work and you can bet I will be including that as some of my physical activity!

One last thing - I ramble and I do not use proper punctuation at all! Oh well! Thank you all for reading and wish me luck!
