This is a random blog about my issues with weight loss. I suck at it! I am trying to lose weight and be healthy. It seems so easy right??? Sometimes I ramble, sometimes I waste time, sometimes I am actually inspired and want to try harder! But mostly I just post about what I am doing and my current weight. My body is so screwed up. Now I did not eat great this weekend, but I was far from eating awful. I felt very bloated this morning when I got up. I weighed and I was at 331! I believe this is just water weight and will be gone in a day or so. although I still feel quite bloated and it is noon! Oh well. I have a healthy lunch packed and KSTS & I are eating in and good tonight. We had a great workout yesterday, washed all the cars and cleaned for several hours! And we walked the dogs last night! So we burned an ass load of calories yesterday! And today we are hitting the gym hard and heavy! So I am sure this fluid will be off my body soon! My Friend Tuck is possibly going to come up for a visit the weekend of Oct 15th so I have made a pact with myself to be 12lbs slimmer on that day! I CAN & WILL DO IT!
