Alright - So yesterday was not the home run in the calories depot, but it wasnt awful either! The total for the day was 1850. So yes that is much more than I have been eating, but I did my best! We went to Panera Bread for dinner and I had a salad and soup - that would have been great and I would have been right on target with the calories, but then I had 2 big chunks of whole wheat bread... The two chunks were 360! So if you take away the bread I would have been at a solid 1490 - but I did eat the bread! Damn it! Oh well - I mowed a yard and that was brutal - it was super hot! I looked online and it says if you walk behind mow for 60 minutes you burn roughly 500 - 800 calories! So that is pretty kick ass!

Today when I get home I will be at 795 on calories! We are going to see a play tonight and will be catching dinner on the run - I think we are doing mexican. NO CHEESE OR RICE TONIGHT! I HATE EATING LOW CALORIES! I mean really - mexican without cheese is just unamerican! Oh well - I want to be healthier and smaller more! I will try to get like a fajita salad with salsa dressing and I will limit the number of chips I eat to a serving. I am going to do some checking on the internet to see just how many cals are in some of the typical mexican dishes. Till later my peeps!
