Good afternoon to all the masses of people who read this important news document at all hours! It is currently 1:20 and my lunch box is empty! I have had 1080 calories so far today! Tonight KS & I work out then off to eat some high calorie foods with M&D! I am thinking I will try a wrap tonight and maybe a salad! I will update you as to how kick ass our work out is!
