Tonight KS & I had a kick ass lower body and back workout. We freaking rocked it! Then we did some killer cardio on the elliptical. For dinner I mixed a can of salmon, a can of potatoes, and a can of carrots. All mixed up was 475 calories. Todays grand total.... 1445! Another rockin day of calories and working out! We are on track!

Lunch & breakfast are packed and ready to go - Tomorrows total so far is 797 - that includes two cups of coffee in the am. I am going to be so freaking skinny and healthy!
