Good morning my public! Last night - we cranked it out! Great chest, shoulder, tricep, & ab workout! Then did some running, jogging, and walking intermixed. Pretty stinkin solid workout! Then for dinner some instant mashed potatoes (very low in calories) and some baked fish fillets! Pretty healthy dinner if I do say so myself. This morning I have had a meal shake and granola bar - right around 380 calories! I am losing some weight dammit! I will be svelte before you know it!
