This is a random blog about my issues with weight loss. I suck at it! I am trying to lose weight and be healthy. It seems so easy right??? Sometimes I ramble, sometimes I waste time, sometimes I am actually inspired and want to try harder! But mostly I just post about what I am doing and my current weight. Dinner is done and today has been a good day! I had a granola bar when I came home from work then KSTS & I went to work out. Good lower body, back, and biceps day! Then 20 hard minutes on the elliptical! Dinner was some turkey and a can of new potatoes - total for the day... 2100 cals! Thats right! Kickin like van damn! I packed my breakfast and lunch for tomorrow - 1190 cals! That will leave plenty for the steak I have marinating for tomorrow night!
