This is a random blog about my issues with weight loss. I suck at it! I am trying to lose weight and be healthy. It seems so easy right??? Sometimes I ramble, sometimes I waste time, sometimes I am actually inspired and want to try harder! But mostly I just post about what I am doing and my current weight. Pretty productive day today! KSTS and I went to the gym and burned a lot of calories! Today was an upperbody day with the weights and then we alternated running and walking on the treadmill! I burned over 530 calories and I also burned my inner thigh... I will be paying for that for a few days. Then we worked in the yard for a couple hours! Yard work when it is 90 degrees burns the calories too! We went by an open house to visit one of KSTS's coworkers and had a little ice cream and cake... but it was very small! Then for dinner we had subway! I ate two subs, but my daily total for all calories is just a little over 2100! That is pretty stinkin good! Tomorrow my breakfast and lunch are already packed and I gave myself 1200 calories worth of healthy food then for dinner tomorrow we will eat with mom and pops and I will keep it light! Tomorrow is lower body weights and I am thinking elliptical trainer. I will weigh in the morning and update everyone on my weight. Hope its down! Last monday I was at 330... As long as I am at 327 I will be happy. Three pounds a week is good! Adios for this evening
