Great solid first day being back yesterday! I had some chicken sausage for dinner last night with a can of green beans and for a snack when I got home from work I had a granola bar. So for my grand total of calories yesterday.... 1380!!! Thats right folks! That is what I call a kick ass day of calories! And I wasn't too awful hungry! I was when I got home from work, but after dinner I wasn't stuffed I was just almost full but I drank a couple big glasses of no calorie lemonade and felt good! Oh I did have a few glugs of milk with my granola bar snack - so lets say I drank a 1/2 cup of skim - a cup of skim is 90 cals so I had a grand total of 1425! That is still kick ass!
Today I have had one cup of coffee and my morning shake so that is putting me at 195 right now. I think that I have packed myself 785 calories for breakfast and lunch today so lets hope I can keep it up! OH! KS and I had a great work out yesterday! Good strong upper body weight lifting day and we did 30 mins cardio - 15 on the treadmill walk/running & 15 on the elliptical. Burned 520 calories according to the machines plus all the weight lifting plus KS and I walked the dogs last night for 1.2 miles and played in the yard for a while! DAMN we are two healthy mofo's!
Wish me luck today! We leave for vacation on August 1st - So that is 10 weeks away 70 days. Over the next 70 days I will be below 300! It will be the first time since I started college!
