Okay - Brutal - I don't even know where to begin... So I am starting fresh and using this to only list my calories and try to keep myself accountable.
This morning I had a shake and two cups of coffee for a grand total of calories = 210
For lunch I have a can of soup = 260 calories + apple 65 + granola bar 140 + grits 100.
By the time I get home I will have had 775 calories. My goal for dinner is to keep it around 725 - 800 so I can stay in the 1500 - 1600 total calories for the day. I will be kicking it into high gear and I will be loseing some serious weight!
