This is a random blog about my issues with weight loss. I suck at it! I am trying to lose weight and be healthy. It seems so easy right??? Sometimes I ramble, sometimes I waste time, sometimes I am actually inspired and want to try harder! But mostly I just post about what I am doing and my current weight. Good morning my peeps! Last night was a little off the wagon... Okay so I get home and KSTS and I goof off for a while then we decide to go by GNC before we go to the gym.... Well GNC ended up being a 30 minute adventure because the girl screwed up our bill (for the second time) and we were starving... So no gym, and Court Street Grill. I had a sub, fry's, and salad - it really wasn't too bad - between 1000 - 1250 calories! Then we stopped and got an ice cream cone... and not the 150 calorie one from mcdonalds. So last night was on off night. BUT! Today will be better! This morning my breakfast had 280 calories and I am quite full! I have a snack granola bar that has 130 calories I will eat sometime today. And my boss and I are going out to do some estimates so we will probably eat out - I will be a good boy! Wish me luck!
