Alright....so went to the funeral and was out of town for 5 days... those 5 days were like an eating binge! Last monday I weighed in at 334, but then last tuesday I weighed in at 331. Last week KSTS & I started following the weight watchers points plan and it is pretty easy! We did 4 spinning classes, a yoga class, lifted 4 days, and walked a lot! Yesterday - a week later - weighed in at 324! That's 7 pounds! Back on track folks! KSTS lost 5 pounds last week too! GO KSTS! The weight watchers plan is easy, as long as you know how many points are in things. The problem is when you get something out of the cupboard that you think will be light and its not! Or when you are out and you have to guesstimate.... But overall we are both doing well and I am feeling good! My best friend Tuck is coming for a visit on October 15th - that is a little over a week away. My goal is to lose another 5 pounds this week so I am down to 319 by the time he comes! And I still want to be 290 by Jan 1st! NO Worries, right....

Good morning my peeps! I weighed this morning... and even with the ice cream cone last night I am down to 327.8! Oh yeah that's right! A hair over 3 lbs lost! Not as much as I wanted, but not bad either! Last week we took a yoga class and a spinning class! Kickin it solid. This week will be tough - going to a funeral. But we will still kick it solid!

My body is so screwed up. Now I did not eat great this weekend, but I was far from eating awful. I felt very bloated this morning when I got up. I weighed and I was at 331! I believe this is just water weight and will be gone in a day or so. although I still feel quite bloated and it is noon! Oh well. I have a healthy lunch packed and KSTS & I are eating in and good tonight. We had a great workout yesterday, washed all the cars and cleaned for several hours! And we walked the dogs last night! So we burned an ass load of calories yesterday! And today we are hitting the gym hard and heavy! So I am sure this fluid will be off my body soon! My Friend Tuck is possibly going to come up for a visit the weekend of Oct 15th so I have made a pact with myself to be 12lbs slimmer on that day! I CAN & WILL DO IT!

Good morning my peoples! Quick update. I have been eating well and doing my best. No hard falls off the wagon... yet... We worked out once this week and are going to try to get to the gym this evening. KSTS was feeling poorly last night and it just wasn't good. We will try again tonight though! Then Sunday it is on like donkey kong! With or without my bride I am getting back in the gym and going to make this happen! I have not weighed, but I feel good. I bet I am in the mid 320's right now. I will weigh on monday and update you - then Monday the 20th I want to have lost 5lbs in my first week at hard labor! THAT IS RIGHT! I am going to kick some monkey lovin ass!

Been a few days since posting but no fear! I have been pretty good! I currently am at work and having MAJOR stomach issues! The problem? Well there are two office ladies and the bathroom is a shared model... and the office is small... and the walls are thin... so i can tell you this is going to be messy, stinky, and loud! So I am hurting at the moment and trying to get my mind off things... okay! I weighed this morning - an even 328! That is down several pounds from this week. I have been controlling my calories and drinking massive amounts of water trying to flush out my system. Seems to be working okay. I am sure this is just water weight and bloating that I am getting rid of right now, but I can tell you that I feel better with just a couple days of eating better! Only evening walks this week - no workouts yet, but they are starting next week! Sunday we are cooking out - the only people that read this blog will be there.... So you all will be witness to my willpower! I will eat okay! I am going to enjoy myself - maybe a few beers, some good food, and some ice cream. But I am going to limit myself to just that one meal for the day and I am not going to eat massive amounts - just a little of everything to enjoy it all. That is my story and I am sticking to it!

I am a fat bastard.... This weekend was not good for me... You know here is what really pisses me off! We literally walked over four miles this weekend - and I mean it is unreal how hot it was! I would not be surprised if we walked closer to 7 miles in total... but it was hot and I freaking weighed in this morning and I am a big 335! THAT IS 5 LBS UP FROM LAST WEEK! Now I was bad this weekend, but not that bad! Plus all the walking had to do some good.... Dang I am aggravated today... Okay!
SO! I am starting fresh once again. I have four months to be 290. I know I can do it and I WILL do it! I packed breakfast and lunch - 1030 in calories. Dinner will be subway and I am going to look up a low cal dinner for tomorrow and I am cooking! I am really frustrated and need to get a hold of this aggravation and kick some weight ass! KSTS is mowing for us right now so to the gym this evening - cardio - at least 60 mins, but I am thinking maybe an hour and 15 right now! I am so mad at myself and just don't understand my body.

Good morning my peoples! Okay yesterday was not the best... It wasn't bad either, but not the best... Lunch was not too bad - small piece of grilled chicken and some okra and a few fries - but believe me - it was TINY! And not that good so I didn't even eat it all! Which as all of you know is highly unlike me! Then dinner last night we went to this cafeteria. I had country style steak with gravy, mashed taters, corn, bread, mac & cheese, little piece of cake... Okay so it was a lot of food - or it sounds like a lot of food - but it really wasn't all that big of portions. So yesterday I was a little naughty... oh well... I only had 240 for breakfast this am - not sure about lunch yet. I have an estimate @ 1:00 so my boss man wants to grab lunch before that I am sure. But I will be good! And tonight I have some chicken strips marinating in the fridge so I will cook them up and make a little brown rice and eat good for dinner! NO WORRIES! The pathway to Dead Sexiness is still a go!

Well! We did not go to panera bread last night, but I was still pretty good! After mowing and visiting for a bit we ate at Hickory Tavern. I was tempted by steak sandwiches and fries and good hearty things! BUT! I opted for two grilled chicken tacos (which were good, but mostly lettuce and salsa), side of steamed veggies (zuccini, squash, & carrots), and a small dinner salad. I did top all that off with one blue moon beer... But all in all my dinner last night was less than 1000 calories! So my grand total yesterday was just a shade over 2000, not too bad!
Today I have had 280 for breakfast and not sure about lunch yet. I was going to eat out with a client, but plans changed so I will have to do something else. I have a bag of popcorn which I believe has 500 - 600 calories or I can go grab a subway or salad somewhere. Not sure what the plan is yet! But I will be good! Tonight we are going to the gym to work out! I am ready for it! I can honestly say that with just two days of eating better I feel much less bloated and better already. I know I will be sore tomorrow, but I am so ready to be slim and dead sexy!

Okay - One day down! Yesterday had whole wheat pasta, ground turkey, and red sauce! Dinner was around 1000 calories so that puts be right around 2000 for the day. KSTS had an awful headache last night so we didn't get to go to the gym, but we walked the dogs for a good long time late in the evening after the sun had gone down. It was very pleasant last night and again today for that matter!
For breakfast I had 260 cals - yogurt and granola bar! Now I am eating a bologna wrap and stuff. When I get home my calories will be around 900. This evening I am going to mow my father-in-laws yard and we will eat with him - probably panera bread. So that will be my healthy dinner and exercise. I am going to try and do my internet job when I get home before I go mow, so maybe we will go for a walk again tonight!
Let me see... I have 129 days to lose the 40ish lbs I want to drop. So that means I need to lose .3lbs a day! I CAN DO IT!

Good morning all my loyal fans! So... It has been a rough going for a while. Off the diet band wagon and in a dark place. Lots has happened. Anyone reading this knows that so no need to dive back into the past couple months. As of today and am starting over on the pathway to dead sexiness! My lunch is packed and by the time I get home I should only be about 900 calories into the day! That will leave plenty for dinner tonight - which I am thinking is going to be whole wheat pasta, some red sauce, and a grilled turkey burger patty! KSTS and I WILL be going to the gym tonight to get in gear.
I will be honest. At first laying off working out and eating good was great! But lately (like the last 2 weeks) I have been feeling like ass! And I think it is from the bad food and lack of exercise. My body feels sluggish, bloated, and stiff. I have been getting headaches and just not doing great. I know some people just hate to work out - I am lucky in the fact that I kind of enjoy it once I am there in the act. Its getting the motivation to go and do it that I am lacking... I am going to try and do better!
So lets get to the bad right quick. I was down to the fifth notch on my belt, I have slipped back to the fourth... I was down to 314 at the lowest, now I am around 330... My arms feel weak, my gut feels huge - I am not in a good place... But all that will change!
I will do my best to keep this updated on an almost daily basis! I can't make any promises. I spend 6 hours most days on the computer at work, then I go home and try to spend another 2 on the internet doing a side job. So there are times when being on the computer is the LAST thing I want to do. But I will do my best to keep everyone updated! All 2 of you...
SO.... Here is the new plan. KSTS and I are planning on making another Florida run around the first of the year. Maybe for New Years - I want to be below 300, really I want to be 290. That gives me four months to lose 40 pounds. That is only 10 a month, 2.5 a week! If I can't do this then I just suck! I need help and motivation! So if anyone wants to post things on here for inspiration or tell me in person how dead sexy I am or cook healthy meals for me or even join in my weight loss extravaganza! (DAD!) Then all those things will help on my pathway...

Alright - So its been a few days since my last posting.... Nothing big happened really. I ate pretty good thursday, friday, and saturday! Sunday night may have been bad - you know.... Pizza... Ice Cream... I know... Then Sunday I had the best of intentions with fish and grilled veggies - Which I did pretty well with, the problem is not the food - but the quantity of it! I can't control myself and my portions are jacked! Not to mention the strawberry shortcake and the frickin cookies my father-in-law had at his house... I was busted... No will power when it comes to cookies... Yesterday I was pretty good! Then KS and I got ice cream to celebrate something - we celebrate a lot! So today I have got to kick it!
I have less than 60 days to lose like 30 lbs! I have got no will power! I am really upset with myself... I had two granola bars this morning for breakfast - I have my fiber and a bottle of water for snack... Then I have some left over salmon and grilled potatos for lunch. I will do better. I am cooking chicken for dinner with some veggies - maybe carrots or green beans tonight. I have got to lose this weight and I am so mad at myself for slacking off. It takes only one or two bad days to throw off a week of good then it is so hard to get back with it... And it is my fault! I am doing it to myself... Okay! I am at work and I need to get to work - enough ranting and rambling.... Adios! Wish me luck!

Alright - So yesterday was not the home run in the calories depot, but it wasnt awful either! The total for the day was 1850. So yes that is much more than I have been eating, but I did my best! We went to Panera Bread for dinner and I had a salad and soup - that would have been great and I would have been right on target with the calories, but then I had 2 big chunks of whole wheat bread... The two chunks were 360! So if you take away the bread I would have been at a solid 1490 - but I did eat the bread! Damn it! Oh well - I mowed a yard and that was brutal - it was super hot! I looked online and it says if you walk behind mow for 60 minutes you burn roughly 500 - 800 calories! So that is pretty kick ass!
Today when I get home I will be at 795 on calories! We are going to see a play tonight and will be catching dinner on the run - I think we are doing mexican. NO CHEESE OR RICE TONIGHT! I HATE EATING LOW CALORIES! I mean really - mexican without cheese is just unamerican! Oh well - I want to be healthier and smaller more! I will try to get like a fajita salad with salsa dressing and I will limit the number of chips I eat to a serving. Tonight KS & I had a kick ass lower body and back workout. We freaking rocked it! Then we did some killer cardio on the elliptical. For dinner I mixed a can of salmon, a can of potatoes, and a can of carrots. All mixed up was 475 calories. Todays grand total.... 1445! Another rockin day of calories and working out! We are on track!
Lunch & breakfast are packed and ready to go - Tomorrows total so far is 797 - that includes two cups of coffee in the am. I am going to be so freaking skinny and healthy!

Great solid first day being back yesterday! I had some chicken sausage for dinner last night with a can of green beans and for a snack when I got home from work I had a granola bar. So for my grand total of calories yesterday.... 1380!!! Thats right folks! That is what I call a kick ass day of calories! And I wasn't too awful hungry! I was when I got home from work, but after dinner I wasn't stuffed I was just almost full but I drank a couple big glasses of no calorie lemonade and felt good! Oh I did have a few glugs of milk with my granola bar snack - so lets say I drank a 1/2 cup of skim - a cup of skim is 90 cals so I had a grand total of 1425! That is still kick ass!
Today I have had one cup of coffee and my morning shake so that is putting me at 195 right now. I think that I have packed myself 785 calories for breakfast and lunch today so lets hope I can keep it up! OH! KS and I had a great work out yesterday! Good strong upper body weight lifting day and we did 30 mins cardio - 15 on the treadmill walk/running & 15 on the elliptical. Burned 520 calories according to the machines plus all the weight lifting plus KS and I walked the dogs last night for 1.2 miles and played in the yard for a while! DAMN we are two healthy mofo's!
Wish me luck today! We leave for vacation on August 1st - So that is 10 weeks away 70 days. Over the next 70 days I will be below 300! It will be the first time since I started college!

Okay - Brutal - I don't even know where to begin... So I am starting fresh and using this to only list my calories and try to keep myself accountable.
This morning I had a shake and two cups of coffee for a grand total of calories = 210
For lunch I have a can of soup = 260 calories + apple 65 + granola bar 140 + grits 100.
By the time I get home I will have had 775 calories. My goal for dinner is to keep it around 725 - 800 so I can stay in the 1500 - 1600 total calories for the day. I will be kicking it into high gear and I will be loseing some serious weight!

Man I suck at blogging - this may be too much to handle... So here is what is going on:
We have to study an ass load of crap for a real estate exam Sunday - plus we have class all day Sat & Sun in Boone.
I am taking an online test for some work stuff and it is taking several hours to complete - So far I have put in about 4 hours... and I still have more to go...
KS is still taking her online Real Estate class from 9 - 11 at night for the rest of this week.
We are trying to keep up with exercising, our yard, dogs, house, etc...
SOOO... What does that mean? It means I did pretty good yesterday, then broke down and had a cheeseburger for dinner... I suck... When things calm down I am so going to lose an ass load of weight!

WOW! I am awful at this! Okay - I have had a couple rough days and on top of that my weight just seems to be stuck. SO! I am going to kick it tomorrow! This week I am only doing 1800 cals a day! THAT IS ALL! I know that is low, but I have got to do something to give myself a push. We may not be able to get to the gym much this week - we are super busy, but I am lowering the cals and this weight IS coming off!

Good evening all - I mowed my father-in-laws yard this evening for my cardio workout. KS and I had roast beef sandwiches for dinner. I had some rice to go along with it. I believe I am right at 2200 cals so far today. I am really wanting to eat something else... I have the munchies for some reason, but i am full and not hungry - i just like the process of eating I realize. It is a sickness for real. I like to chew and the taste and the satisfaction of swallowing. BUT i am going to drink a tall glass of water instead!
I am here! I am doing okay this week - Monday and Tuesday I kept it under 2500 cals and worked out hard both days! I am currently at 1200 for the day today and feeling good! I am going to mow some yard tonight so that will be my cardio. Adios my peeps - I kind of suck at this blogging thing... OH! I have some Poisson ivy on my arm and it is KILLING ME!!!!!

Good morning my public! Last night - we cranked it out! Great chest, shoulder, tricep, & ab workout! Then did some running, jogging, and walking intermixed. Pretty stinkin solid workout! Then for dinner some instant mashed potatoes (very low in calories) and some baked fish fillets! Pretty healthy dinner if I do say so myself. This morning I have had a meal shake and granola bar - right around 380 calories! I am losing some weight dammit! I will be svelte before you know it!

Holy Crap! I just realized I didn't post anything for yesterday! Okay - Total Calories for yesterday were just under 2500. I know! Pretty stinkin good! But no exercise yesterday... I know! Pretty stinkin bad... Oh well...
I have had 400 calories for breakfast this morning. I had a meal shake, granola bar, and glass of milk! There is a cup of coffee on my desk and half a bottle of water. I may have an estimate to go to at 11:00 in Morganton with my boss so if that is the case then I will probably eat out with him. We will just have to see! Tonight KSTS & I have upperbody and cardio. I will crank it out tonight! I am going to punish myself!

Dinner is done and today has been a good day! I had a granola bar when I came home from work then KSTS & I went to work out. Good lower body, back, and biceps day! Then 20 hard minutes on the elliptical! Dinner was some turkey and a can of new potatoes - total for the day... 2100 cals! Thats right! Kickin like van damn! I packed my breakfast and lunch for tomorrow - 1190 cals! That will leave plenty for the steak I have marinating for tomorrow night!

Well GNC ended up being a 30 minute adventure because the girl screwed up our bill (for the second time) and we were starving... So no gym, and Court Street Grill. I had a sub, fry's, and salad - it really wasn't too bad - between 1000 - 1250 calories! Then we stopped and got an ice cream cone... and not the 150 calorie one from mcdonalds. So last night was on off night. BUT! Today will be better! This morning my breakfast had 280 calories and I am quite full! I have a snack granola bar that has 130 calories I will eat sometime today. And my boss and I are going out to do some estimates so we will probably eat out - I will be a good boy! Wish me luck!

Tonight KS & I work out then off to eat some high calorie foods with M&D! I am thinking I will try a wrap tonight and maybe a salad! I will update you as to how kick ass our work out is!

Pretty productive day today! KSTS and I went to the gym and burned a lot of calories! Today was an upperbody day with the weights and then we alternated running and walking on the treadmill! I burned over 530 calories and I also burned my inner thigh... I will be paying for that for a few days. Then we worked in the yard for a couple hours! Yard work when it is 90 degrees burns the calories too! We went by an open house to visit one of KSTS's coworkers and had a little ice cream and cake... but it was very small! Then for dinner we had subway! I ate two subs, but my daily total for all calories is just a little over 2100! That is pretty stinkin good! Tomorrow my breakfast and lunch are already packed and I gave myself 1200 calories worth of healthy food then for dinner tomorrow we will eat with mom and pops and I will keep it light! Tomorrow is lower body weights and I am thinking elliptical trainer. I will weigh in the morning and update everyone on my weight. Hope its down! Last monday I was at 330... As long as I am at 327 I will be happy. Three pounds a week is good! Adios for this evening
Okay I am going to make this short and sweet! Friday wasn't too awful bad. By the time dinner rolled around I had only eaten 900 calories. So I are a good dinner, but not too awful. Prime rib, potatoes, and a salad. All Together I may have had 1500 calories. So that would put me in the 2400 range - now we went bowling after and KS and I did split a cookie, but even if there was 100 calories in it thats still just 2500 for the day! A number I can live with!
Saturday we went out for a special evening and we knew we would be eating at a high calorie place so I prepared once again. For breakfast a 130 calorie granola bar - then I mowed my father-in-laws yard so that burned a fair about of calories. For lunch a handful of chex snack mix. Lets say 200 calories at most! So by the time dinner rolled around I had eaten less than 400 calories and I was starving! We went to see this show called Cavalia - It is kind of like Cir des sole - I know I butchered the spelling on that.... Anyway it was really good and i highly recommend going to see it! The horses are beautiful and well trained! Then dinner - We were going to do Cheesecake Factory, but the wait was 2.5 hours! HOLY SHIT! That was not happening - so after some discussion we took off and found Firebirds - it was kickin like Van Damn! We had appitizers, salda, steak, potato, bread.... I think I blacked out during the feeding frenzy that took place..... I really cant say now many calories I ate - but it was a lot. And you know what... I don't feel too bad. I had prepared for the meal and we don't do that every night. Today back on the wagon and off to the gym. It is 10:45 and the gym opens up at noon and we will be there right as it opens!

Good evening my peeps! It is 9:19 pm - for some reason the time it says I post is not the real time?! Odd - it is most likely a quite easy fix and I am just not in the mood to make it happen... Okay! Today was not too bad! I ate my 1250 calories that I had set out for my breakfast and lunch! When I got home I ate 2 spoon fulls of cottage cheese so that will bring my calories up to right at 1300! Then I took the dogs for another 1.2 mile walk! Then met KSTS at the gym for an hour of cardio! We lift weights four nights a week and do all cardio one night. The nights we lift we still kick it for a half hour on the elliptical trainer! Tonight I burned a little over 900 calories - I know! The only reason I am able to burn so many calories is because I am a fat bastard and have a long way to go! But At least I am doing it! For dinner I had two salmon patty burgers - I ate a lot of salmon and added in some bbq sauce. My dinner was 800 calories - not too bad! I am going to go pop some popcorn and that will be my evening snack as I watch some TV and relax! My grand total for today is right around 2300! MUCH better than yesterday! I am going to pack my breakfast and lunch a little lighter for tomorrow - KS & I are meeting a friend in Winston for dinner and I can guarantee I will eat more than I should - I will still be good! But we have to be realistic! So if I know what to expect ahead of time I can plan to eat better tomorrow during the day. If I don't get on till Saturday to update you on dinner don't kill me! Adios till then!

Good evening all! It is 10:20 and I am tired! I got home from work a little after four today and started messing in the yard. Some light weeding, a little pruning, a little fertilizer, a little water, a little poop scooping... You know, the usual! When Kelly Sue got home (thats the blonde hottie in the pic) we walked our dogs - Mossimo an eight month old Giant Schnauzer who weighs 67lbs as of tonight and Monde our four and a half year old 185lb Great Dane. One mile and two tenths tonight!
THEN THE GYM!!! Tonight was legs, biceps, and back - I can't feel it in my back or bi's yet, but my legs are hammered! I am going to be hating life tomorrow! We finished off with thirty minutes on the elliptical trainer! A combo of weights and cardio is how we are trying to work off the weight.
DINNER!!! Maybe I went a little overboard. KS was on the computer taking a Real Estate class so we were eating easy tonight, left overs and frozen burrito! First I ate two burrito's with some sour cream - that was 520 cals - not too bad. But then I ate some left over meat loaf and bread.... 900 Cals... So my daily total was up to around 2800 or something like that... A little heavy... I am trying to stick with 2000 - 2500 a day. I will do better tomorrow!

So I had to stop and get another little snack and a coke zero to tide me over! (Just a granola bar!) And not much activity yet either... Some light walking... VERY light... Oh well! Good evening my sweet little wife and anyone else who stumbles upon this site. I have been working out and dieting off, but mostly on since Jan. 4 2010. I started at 357 and am currently right around 330. This is great and I am so thankful, but I am having a hard time staying accountable... Soooo I am going to start blogging! My intention is to post every time I eat anything, do any physical activity, and give a daily report of how I am doing. I will post my weight every now and then and keep my feelings updated as much as possible! I took a picture in my boxers only when I was at 357 - when I reach my goal weight (not sure what that is, but I am thinking 250) I will post the 357 me and the goal me in boxers! OH YEAH! One sexy beast! I ate good yesterday and today... Tomorrow is day three and I will be staying on track!
I am heading to Duke university with my dad first thing in the morning to drop off some material for one of my crews who are pressure washing a building at the school. That being said, I won't be able to add any posts till afternoon, but I will keep account of what I eat and any exercise! I am going to try and add in some simple exercise's into my daily activity while at work and you can bet I will be including that as some of my physical activity!
One last thing - I ramble and I do not use proper punctuation at all! Oh well! Thank you all for reading and wish me luck!
